The Brief
The project involves the remodelling of a residential building consisting of six three bedroom housing units. The structure is over forty years old, and the client’s objective was to modernise the building while retaining its residential use.

Our Approach

The Build
Benarc is carrying out remodelling, construction, and finishing works across all six units. Works include structural upgrades, layout adjustments, and improvements to finishes and services to bring the building up to current standards.
Execution is being managed in phases to maintain control over quality and consistency as the project progresses.
