The Brief
This project involved the development of eight three bedroom residential apartments, optimised specifically to support short let use. The client’s intention was to create a fully serviced apartment building that offered the comfort and convenience of hospitality living while retaining the privacy and functionality of residential units.
The brief required the building to be delivered as a complete turnkey project. Beyond the apartments themselves, the development was to include shared lifestyle amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, lift access, and a fully automated building system. The priority was to create a seamless and comfortable living experience for occupants, with minimal operational friction.
Our Approach
Benarc was involved from the earliest stages of the project, taking responsibility for envisioning the development, shaping the design, and coordinating execution. Planning focused on optimising each apartment for short let use, ensuring efficient layouts, clear circulation, and a balance between private units and shared amenities.
Special attention was given to services and automation. Systems were integrated early to support ease of operation, consistency across units, and a high level of comfort for occupants. The goal was to ensure that the building functioned smoothly as a fully serviced residential environment.
The Build
The project was constructed from scratch and delivered in full by Benarc. Construction coordination covered structure, services, finishes, and all shared amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, lift, and automation systems.
Care was taken to maintain consistency in execution across all units, ensuring that each apartment met the same standard of finish, performance, and usability. The project was delivered ready for immediate occupation and operation.
The Outcome
The completed development functions as a fully serviced residential apartment building tailored for short let use. Each unit offers a comfortable and efficient living space, supported by shared amenities that elevate the overall experience.
